What type of art and products do you offer?
I create original paintings exploring themes of emotion, transformation, and self-discovery. Alongside these, I offer prints, including limited editions, and a small range of art-inspired homeware and gifts such as cushions and curated boxes.
Each piece is created or selected with care, with a focus on meaning, quality, and something that feels good to live with.
Payments
How do I pay for my order?
Payments are taken securely at checkout using Shopify's trusted payment system. You can pay using major debit or credit cards, as well as options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay where available.
Do you offer payment plans?
For orders over £50, you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments via Shop Pay. The first payment is taken at checkout, with the remaining payments scheduled automatically.
Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all UK orders are sent with free standard shipping.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Original paintings: up to 7 days to prepare and pack
Prints and cushions: typically within 3 days
Curated boxes: 1–2 weeks
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the item, but you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship original paintings to the UK, US, and Canada.
If you are based outside the UK, please contact me before purchasing to receive a shipping quote or to discuss options. Shipping costs can vary, and it's important these are agreed in advance.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
At this time, prints, cushions, and other products are only available within the UK.
I am looking to expand into other regions as soon as I can establish trusted fulfilment partners.
How are originals and prints shipped?
Original paintings are securely packaged, tracked, and fully insured, and sent directly from my studio.
Limited edition and signed prints are also shipped from my studio.
Other prints and products are carefully shipped via selected partners.
Returns and Complaints
What is your returns policy?
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt and return items within a further 14 days for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.
Please note the following exceptions:
Original paintings made to commission are exempt from this right as they are personalised items made specifically for you.
For change of mind returns on prints, cushions, and other products, please contact me before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
What if my order arrives damaged or not as expected?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact me within 7 days with a photo. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
If you are unsure about a piece before ordering, you're very welcome to get in touch — I'm happy to help with questions about size, colour, or materials so you can feel confident in your choice.
Prints and Products
Are your prints limited edition?
Some prints are limited editions and will be signed and numbered. Others are open edition. This will always be clearly stated on the product listing.
What materials are used for prints?
All prints are produced using high-quality, archival materials to ensure they are vibrant and long-lasting.
