Shipping & Delivery Policy


Original Artworks

UK delivery: Free tracked shipping is included with all original artworks. Originals typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

International delivery: Available on request for USA, Canada, and other countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order. Costs may be significant due to size, weight, and insurance.

Dispatch: Originals are generally dispatched within 3 working days from the UK.

Insurance & Damage: All originals are fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days with clear photographs. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue.

EU Delivery: Originals are not shipped to EU countries at this time due to product safety regulations. International availability may be offered in the future.

 


Other Products (Prints, Cushions, Canvas, Bucket List Books)

These items are currently available for delivery to UK addresses only.

Shipping Costs & Times: Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Most items are dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on production schedules. Delivery times may vary due to courier service or other factors beyond our control.

Import Duties & Taxes

For original artworks shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

 


Returns & Refunds

Your Legal Rights Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt and return items within a further 14 days for a full refund, excluding return postage costs. Original paintings made to commission are exempt from this right as they are personalised items.

For change of mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Original Artworks If an original artwork is damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days with clear photographs. We will liaise with the courier and assist with a claim.
