Welcome to Julie Hogarth-Jones Art. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products purchased through this website, including original artworks, prints, cushions, canvas, journals, books, and other creative goods.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your purchase has been received.
Work on your order begins once payment has been successfully processed.
All orders are subject to availability.
3. Order Fulfilment
Some products are made to order and may be created or dispatched by trusted partners to ensure high quality and efficient delivery.
At present, made-to-order products are available for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Your name, address, and contact details may be shared securely with these partners solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
4. Delivery
Original Artworks:
Original artworks are normally shipped within the United Kingdom. International delivery (USA and Canada) is available on request — please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Made-to-Order & Printed Products (prints, cushions, canvas, bucket list books):
These items are currently available for delivery to UK addresses only.
Delivery times vary depending on the product and will be displayed at checkout. Some items, such as curated boxes, may require additional preparation time (e.g., assembling multiple items).
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

5. Insurance for Original Artworks
All original artworks are fully insured during transit.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with clear photographs so we can assist with the courier claim.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For original artworks shipped internationally on request, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Made-to-order products are not shipped internationally at present. If international delivery becomes available in the future, any applicable duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your Legal Rights Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt and return items within a further 14 days for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.
Original paintings made to commission are exempt from this right as they are personalised items made specifically for you.
For change of mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Original Artworks All original artworks are fully insured during transit. Damage must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence.
Refunds are not available for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in GBP (£).
If your bank uses another currency, conversion rates and fees are determined by your payment provider.
Prices do not include customs duties for international orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Julie Hogarth-Jones Art.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Julie Hogarth-Jones Art is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Our liability will not exceed the value of your purchase.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
