Your Legal Rights

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt and return items within a further 14 days for a full refund, excluding return postage costs.

Please note that original paintings made to commission are exempt from this right as they are personalised items made specifically for you.

For change of mind returns, please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear description and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Original Artworks

Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, though we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
