I’ve always found it difficult to properly express anger.

The constraints of being a “good girl”, I suppose.

So when I found myself absolutely bubbling with rage during my journey through loss and grief, I painted this.

To hold it. To release it. And, of course, to soften it with colour and a bit of humour.
